Tickets & Admission

• All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain.
• You must bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your ticket in order to gain entry.
• Luxe de Neige reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event for inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.

Age Requirements

• Attendees must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified for designated family events.
• Certain activities — including après-ski parties and late-night music performances — may be restricted to guests aged 21 and over.

Event Changes & Cancellations

• Artist lineups, schedules, and event locations are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of force majeure — including severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control — Luxe de Neige reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Refunds or credit will be offered at our discretion.

Risk & Liability

• Skiing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities involve inherent physical risks. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
• Luxe de Neige accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss of personal belongings, theft, or damage to property sustained during the event.
• All attendees are required to comply with local laws, resort safety policies, and festival guidelines at all times.

Media & Photography

• By attending Luxe de Neige, you consent to photographs or video footage in which you may appear being used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of staff upon arrival or contact us in advance by email.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Illegal substances, weapons, drones, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited on festival grounds.
• Harassment, discrimination, and aggressive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other attendees will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, photography, and audio clips — is owned by or licensed to Luxe de Neige. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Website Use

• You must not attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, or otherwise misuse this website or its underlying systems.
• Luxe de Neige accepts no liability for periods of downtime, technical errors, or issues arising from use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
