Booking form — when you book a package or pay a deposit through our website.
Customer portal — when you create an account and make payments towards your balance.
Travel companion form — when a travel companion completes their own booking details.

Stripe — our payment processor shares transaction confirmation data with us once a payment is complete.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment and are never seen or stored by Luxe de Neige. You can read Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking and payment records are retained for a minimum of six years following the event, in accordance with UK financial and tax obligations.
Customer account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only where necessary and only with trusted parties:

Stripe — for secure payment processing.
Hostinger — our web hosting provider, who stores our website and database on secure servers.
Event staff and operational partners — on a need-to-know basis for delivering your event experience (for example, access lists).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
